Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on my part).

Walk to and from work for 3 months- Take a multivitamin every day for a month
- Walk up Thompson St and down Bidwill/up the stairs 3x a week for one month
Lose 5 kilos- Visit the Dentist and arrange work to be done over the period of 2 years [Nov 2010 - consultation, wisdom teeth extraction]
- Walk to Kilbrinie from Oriental Bay
- Run 5ks without stopping
- Do Yoga/Pilates every day for a month
- Come down to a much more healthier weight range – lose at least 10% of weight each year (started going to the gym)

Wow good luck. I really like this idea. Maybe i’ll start one too. But it might take me quite some time to actually write this list. I really like the in depth thought you’ve put into the health part.
